National Scratch Championship

Wheatley Golf Club 4th August 2008

The cost of the above championship will be £60, to include 36 holes strokeplay, soup & sandwiches and three course evening meal with presentation.

The event also serves as the qualifier for the “International” matches in 2009 with the first 12 players qualifying to represent England against Scotland, and places 13 – 24 playing Northern Ireland.  Both games are usually played in May and are both away fixtures in 2009. Please note that these matches are levied between £50 and £120 per player.

This year’s event will only be open to members of the P.S.S.A.
Proof of membership will be required with application
 
Information on joining the P.S.S.A. is available from any of the committee, or Tracie Mapletoft at PSSA HQ, Newbold Revel.

Entry will only be guaranteed on receipt of cheque (please put your PSSA No. on the reverse) made payable to H.M.P.G.A. and sent to Steve Kay, Seg Unit, H.M.P. Frankland – and clearly marked ‘STAFF’. The field is strictly limited to 51 players, and is on a “first come” basis.

Those interested should be aware that this is a scratch competition, (no handicaps!).
