- Should an establishment be absolutely unable to field a full team for a particular event then, by agreement with that events organiser and Tracie Mapletoft, a combined team (jointly named) with the nearest neighbouring establishment may be entered. Within the spirit of the day such requests should not be used as a vehicle to select a combined ‘best of both’ team excluding those perceived as the less able.
