Indoor Rowing ~ PSSA Sports Day

Free Entry! A chance for a bit of fun, why some of you should even be able to do some other events! Trophies for winners! 2km Championships later in the year.

One Minute Sprint Challenge - Maximum metres in one minute. No weight classes, no age groups - just do it.

Mixed Doubles - 1000m total - hot seat change at 500m. Pairs must be from same Prison Area i.e. Eastern.

Team 3000m - Sprint Relay - 3 to 5 max. rowers. Rowers may change as often as liked, no third parties may assist with straps or handle but teammates may. Teams must be from Prison Areas. Teams may row Qualifying Race anytime during the day before 2pm. This will be followed by Fastest Final; e.g. fastest 4 teams towards the end of the day.
